The Baldwin's approach
The finish starts before the first tile is laid.
Substrates are assessed and prepared before the layout is established. Cuts, grout lines, corners, niches and transitions are considered as one composition rather than solved individually as the job progresses.
Baldwin's works with ceramic, porcelain and large-format materials, with waterproof preparation and underfloor heating available where the project requires them.

Do you install large-format tiles?+
Yes, subject to the room, substrate and tile specification. The surface must be properly prepared to support a flat, consistent finish.
Can you tile a bathroom fitted by someone else?+
Often, yes. Gareth will first assess the substrate, waterproofing and readiness of the room.
Do I need to supply the tiles?+
You can supply chosen tiles or discuss specification and quantities with Gareth before ordering.
Do you waterproof shower areas?+
Waterproof preparation can be included before tiling wet areas and shower enclosures.
